Will/Trust Consultations
The firm has set aside a priority time block for attendees of the San Antonio Pride Festival to schedule a new Will or Trust consultation. These 30-minute time slots are for people interested in hiring the firm to prepare a new Will or Trust Package (see more details about the packages below). Please select your date of preference to schedule.

Due to the limited time allotted for a complimentary consultation, it is important that we receive a completed estate planning QUESTIONNAIRE from each person who schedules a consultation at least one week prior to the appointment. If we do not receive the questionnaire and are unable to confirm you will attend the appointment, the appointment may be cancelled.

Ramsey Law Will and Trust Packages
(Prices subject to change, additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the case)
OPTION 1:
Will Package (Base fee of $1,750 for a couple or $950 for an individual):
- Will
- Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney
- Medical Power of Attorney
- Declaration of Guardian Before Need Arises (for yourself)
- Designation of Guardian for Minor Children, if applicable
- Directive to Physicians (preference regarding life support)
- Appointment of Agent for Disposition of Remains (to ensure one person can handle cremation or burial arrangements without needing consent of other family members)
- Optional Testamentary Trust provisions can be added starting at $200 per trust
- Optional Probate Avoidance Package, which includes one Transfer on Death Deed and probate avoidance memorandum can be added for an additional $500 to attempt to avoid the need to go to probate court after a person passes (additional Transfer on Death Deeds can be added for an additional fee)
OPTION 2:
Basic Revocable Living Trust Package (Base fee of $3,750 for a couple or $3,250 for an individual):
- ONE individual or joint trust and related trust documents
- One deed to convey Texas homestead to Trust
- Will to catch anything that doesn’t make it into trust
- Durable (Financial) Power of Attorney
- Medical Power of Attorney
- Declaration of Guardian Before Need Arises
- Designation of Guardian for Minor Children, if applicable
- Directive to Physicians
- Appointment of Agent for Disposition of Remains
